I didn't get a chance to post earlier today, so am taking a few minutes this evening to jot down a quick planning post. Will share a few nature shots from this past week throughout the post, as well.

- Clean house
- Do laundry
- Mail a couple of cards (belated birthday and sympathy)
- Check propane tank
- Celebrate grandchildren's birthdays
- Work

This week's menu plan...
Monday - Breakfast for supper
Tuesday - Mushroom chicken, baked potato and oven-roasted carrots
Wednesday - Chicken Ranch Salad with homemade French bread
Thursday - Turkey burger with sauteed peppers, onions, and mushrooms
Friday - Fish sandwich and oven fries
Saturday - Leftovers
Sunday - Turkey burgers and macaroni and cheese
Friday Evening Sunset
