Greetings and Happy Monday...the first Monday of November! Can you believe it? 🦃
It's a cool, gray, and rainy day here. We're supposed to have a high of 47 degrees and a low of 37 with lows below freezing before week's end.
I hope that you and yours had a great week and weekend; mine went by in a blur here, but with much accomplished.
The roof is finished, the pears, pecans, and basil have been harvested, the air-conditioners are covered, the weed-eating is done, and the zinnias have been pulled and are drying so I can collect seed.
Amanda and her family made it down Tuesday evening to stay a couple of nights. I rode to Arkansas with them on Wednesday afternoon to wish granddaughter, Kayla, a Happy 9th Birthday.
Friday night I had friends over for supper and a movie. In honor of Reformation Day, we watched Luther with Joseph Fiennes.
Now, here we are in a brand new week and I'm running way behind. Let's get started, shall we?
