Wisdom Wednesday - August 4, 2021 - Proverbs 4:7

According to the Bible, King Solomon was the wisest man of all and he wrote the book of Proverbs.

As the children were growing up we regularly participated in, what we called, "wisdom searches". This was done by reading the chapter in Proverbs that correlated with the date on the daily calendar (31 chapters in the book of Proverbs; up to 31 days in any given month).

Wisdom is something that I really need right now. I thought it would be nice to share nuggets of wisdom from the book of Proverbs on Wednesdays here. Would you like to join me in that?

Here is today's nugget...

Until next time...

    1. I do, too! And, yes...there's really no where else to turn. The scriptures and, when I really feel myself sinking, I grab my husband's Bible and starting reading the notes that he's written in the margins, etc. It makes me feel close to him and it ministers to me. I'm thankful that he left so much written material. Blessings!
