This was a big hit at our family Christmas gathering this year! It's warm, comforting, and absolutely delicious! ☕
SLOW-COOKER MULLED CIDER
1 gallon apple cider
1 large orange
1 (1-1/2-inch) piece fresh ginger
5 cinnamon sticks
1 tablespoon whole cloves
Pour apple cider into a large slow-cooker. Cut the orange and ginger into 1/4" slices and add to slow cooker. Secure cloves in a tea ball (or wrap in a double layer of cheesecloth or paper coffee filter and gather up into a sachet and tie with kitchen twine) and add along with cinnamon sticks. Slow cook for 4 hours on LOW, then, turn to WARM. Makes 16 one-cup servings.
