Our weekend here was GREAT! We enjoyed a fun weekend getaway to a nearby lake.
Stockton Lake
Located @ Stockton, MO
We, along with our daughter, son-in-law, and their children, rented a lovely cabin on Stockton Lake and were joined by our son-in-law's parents, who happen to be dear friends that we have known for over thirty years.
The weather was perfect and we jammed a lot of fun into just a few short days!

Tuesday - Broiled salmon, baked potatoes, and brussel sprouts 🐟
Wednesday - Italian sausage stuffed peppers served over pasta with homemade French bread 🥖
Thursday - Ham, beans, and cornbread 🐖

Friday - Soup, stew, or chili (not sure which one or what kind yet) and bread or crackers 🥘
Saturday - Dh's night to cook (chef's choice)
Sunday - Leftovers
