Purple-headed Coneflower Blooming In Our Front Yard |
Once again, the summer season is upon us and, as always, it promises to be a busy one. I have been thinking about some of the things that I'd like to do this summer and some of the things that I hope to accomplish over the course of it. I know that, in reality, I probably won't get to all of them, but having a list will certainly help me to focus on the season and remind me to enjoy it to the fullest!
"...ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand"
(Luke 21:30).

ReplyDeleteThanks for hosting such a great site! <3
DeleteI love your summer list! You really managed to come up with lots of fun activities :) What state parks haven't you visited? I'm just curious. Lewis & Clark state park is on my list as is Wakonda state park because the movie/comic book nerd in me wants to say we went to Wakonda (Wakanda in the movie Black Panther), LOL! Happy Summer, my friend!
ReplyDeleteOh, goodness, Jean! I've NOT visited more state parks than I've visited...by far...but my goal is to, eventually, visit them all. I've not been to either one of the ones you've mentioned. Perhaps we can visit Lewis and Clark together (maybe meet there?) sometime when I'm up visiting our daughter up north of the river. I'll try to remember to make a list of the parks I've not been to and send it to you via messenger. Happy Summer! <3
