The Ghost of Christmas Future Out of Scrooge with Alistair Sim |
In reality, here are a few things that I've thought about concerning Christmas future...
1. I'd like to purposely focus on Christmas throughout the whole year. That way I could take my time in planning and preparing, making everything more well-thought out. If I could accomplish just one thing each month, I'd be miles ahead come December.
2. In the coming year I hope to focus my attention on more hand-crafted items. I've got some pretty good ideas already. Now...if I can just get to work on them come January! 😉
3. Next year I'd like to plan a Christmas cookie baking day with all the grandchildren. This is something that I've wanted to do for a long time and it just hasn't happened. Time is passing so quickly that if I don't do it soon they're all going to be grown. One of them already is! 😳

6. And, above all else, my greatest desire is to keep the true meaning of Christmas in my heart the whole year through and, not only live it, but share it with others.
Until next time...

I LOVE your ideas for the future, especially the hot chocolate bar and hand crafted items. Baking day with the munchkins (nieces and nephew) is something I really look forward to AND is enjoyed by all. I try and do traditional recipes and a new one each year.
ReplyDeleteBTW I plan n doing BLOGMAS for the foreseeable future, so yes there is always something to look forward to. I also stick to the basic subjects and start planning the posts long before Christmas. Maybe next year it should be A Christmas Carol category – PAST, PRESENT & FUTURE?
