Today I am thankful for my husband, John. He may not be perfect, but he's a good man and he loves the Lord with all his heart. He is committed to me and to our marriage, and he is committed to our children and to our grandchildren. He deeply loves each and every one of them and prays over them and their households daily. He is a loyal friend, a fierce ally, and a formidable foe in the face of adversity.
"Let the husband render unto the wife due benevolence: and likewise also the wife unto the husband"
(I Corinthians 7:3)
