30 Days of Thanksgiving - Day 1 - My Lord and Savior

It's November 1st and the beginning of a brand new month...the month in which Thanksgiving falls here in the United States of America! 🦃

For the next 30 days, I'd like to invite you to join me in purposefully remembering and sharing all the many things for which we have to be thankful. Please feel free to leave your thoughts, or share the link to your own '30 Days of Thanksgiving' post, in the comments section below.

Today, I am most thankful for my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, and for the finished work that He did on the cross. I may not be perfect, but He was, and He became sin for me...for you...and for anyone and everyone that is willing to accept Him. With His Blood covering me, God doesn't see my screwy, messed-up life. He sees the precious, atoning Blood of Jesus...the once-and-for-all sacrifice for sin. Praise God for the precious Blood of Jesus and all that it entails!

"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life" (John 3:16).

Thank You, Lord, for sending Your Son, Jesus, and for His precious Blood!

Until next time...
~Rebecca
