Being from Missouri, I can tell you that Samuel Langhorne Clemens (a.k.a. Mark Twain), his books, and his sayings are pretty popular around here.

What a great quote! New one to me but I really like it. Wouldn't want to go swimming outside in January but love the thought of enjoying life like we enjoy summer, not limiting things. Hope you're having a terrific Saturday!
ReplyDeleteIt was a very busy Saturday at Prairie today. Dana had a bison hike this morning and we had people in and out all day, which, between tax-free weekend and the heat, surprised me, but it was a good day. Glad my "work week" is over for this week. Talk to you soon! <3
