A friend. A friend will laugh with you over silly things, cry with you over just about anything, share a cup of tea with you at every opportunity, watch that same ol' movie with you one more time, and, if you really need them...no matter how near, or far, they may be to (or from) you, they are never more than a phone call away...day or night it matters not. A friend will come along side...sit with you...pray with you (and for you)...and they'll be honest with you...even if it hurts. A friend hears your heart when it's too broken for words. One friend may come for a season; another for a lifetime. But either way...
"A friend loveth at all times..." (Proverbs 17:17)
