Minnesota Vacation 2010

Ely, Minnesota is my second home. As a child my parents and I, as well as various other family members (including my grandmother) and friends, visited there once...sometimes twice...a year from the time I was 7-years-old until I was well into I was well into my 20's. All of my children have visited there (this was Tony's first time) and, now, even some of my grandchildren. That makes 5 generations that have enjoyed the beauty that only the north country can provide. I thought I'd share a few of my favorite photos of this year's vacation.
This photo was taken at Shagawa Lake...the lake I 'grew up' on. That's the fish house in the background there where my dad always cleaned his daily catch.
